Who are we

The founders of Redrocks Roof and Solar are interested in what’s best for our clients and that’s it. Each person at Redrocks Roof and Solar brings past experience from previous companies, making the normal growing pains obsolete and we can focus on the client. Instead of focusing on profits, Redrocks Roof and Solar is dedicated to obtaining exceptional client relationships and fostering community ties. By operating our business this way, we know our impact to our communities will be far greater and our customer’s much happier.

How we are different:

1. Guaranteed Activation Date: That means that we guarantee the system will be activated within a certain timeframe (usually 5 months) and if not, the client will receive reimbursement for any lost production. The specifics of your system and your guaranteed activation date will be in black and white in the contract. If your system is not activated by the guaranteed date, then we will pay you each month until activation. The check amount will match the production value your system would have produced - this value is based on the production amounts listed in your individual proposal.

2. While we are a new company, we bring decades of experience. We are an elite group of high performing individuals. We know our craft and want to focus solely on customer experience. Instead of growing the company with unexperienced people, our focus is to remain small to retain the high level of knowledge and service. This allows us to dedicate more time to clients and the installation process.

3. We do not adjust contract prices throughout the process. Each project is unique, but at Redrocks Roof and Solar we do not nickel and dime folks. Small upgrades or changes to the project can be accomplished without any investment changes for our clients. Big work order changes such as main panel upgrades or roofs are exempt from this.

4. We truly are locally owned and operated. The structural and electrical engineers are the only folks throughout the entire process that do not reside in Colorado. From the initial design discussions, to permitting, to installation, and finally activation; every single person you interact with is from Colorado and works for a Colorado company. This is extremely unique, as most companies use a third party nationwide contractor to perform a majority of the work.

5. We truly work within the community. We have several programs that focus on giving back to the community. Some of the programs are us working directly with homeowners to donate roofs or solar installations to folks in needs. We also work with getting folks qualified with LEAP, so the federal government can assist with heating bills in the winter. We work within several school systems to donate funds to their PTA or school directly to help teacher’s gather necessary school supplies or sponsor other activities for the children. 6. Honesty. Ads are everywhere claiming that solar is free and can be installed for free. While there are significant savings (usually $300 - $600 in the first year alone), solar simply replaces some or all of our electric utility bill. This means it is still an investment and our team is focused on explaining all aspects clearly. There are also folks that misrepresent the federal tax credit available. This misrepresentation throughout the industry is unacceptable and Redrocks Roof and Solar will not tolerate any of this members to conduct business in this manner.

Our focus to Veterans:

Veterans are a huge benefit to our community and we provide unique savings to our veteran clients. While veterans gain essential skills in the military, those skillsets often are not transferrable to the civilian world. We work with veterans to train them to use the skillsets they already have to help them succeed in the solar installation industry.
